Prevent Stroke. Savel Lives. Enhance Recovery
This year I set myself the goal to run 10k, a small goal to some, but big to me, and a goal I've been working towards all year! On Saturday 20th December I’ll be doing my official 10k run!
To make this achievement feel even more meaningful, I’m raising funds for the Stroke Foundation to help prevent stroke, save lives, and support survivors.
Every 11 minutes, someone in Australia has a stroke. It’s one of our biggest killers and can affect anyone, anytime—more women die from stroke than breast cancer, more men than prostate cancer, and around 600 Australian children experience stroke each year.
