I’m taking on Together4Stroke to raise funds for stroke prevention.

This March, I’m taking on Together4Stroke and giving up a habit to raise funds to prevent stroke.

In the next 11 minutes, someone, somewhere in Australia will have a stroke.
Stroke is one of Australia’s biggest killers and doesn’t discriminate—it can affect anyone, anytime.

  • It claims more lives than breast cancer in women and prostate cancer in men.
  • Incredibly, up to 120 babies and 400 children have a stroke in Australia each year.

By supporting me, you’ll be helping to fund vital stroke prevention initiatives led by Stroke Foundation, including:

  • StrokeSafe Talks: Educating communities on what a stroke is, how to recognise it and what people can do to prevent it.
  • Australia’s Biggest Blood Pressure Check: High blood pressure is the single largest risk factor for stroke. This initiative helps Australians understand and manage their risk.
  • Information Resources: Providing essential tools and guidance to help Australians take control of their health and reduce their risk of stroke.

Your support goes beyond just a donation—it’s a lifeline for individuals at risk of stroke and survivors rebuilding their lives.

Together, we can help prevent more strokes and save lives.

Thank you for your support!

My Updates

Saturday 1st Mar
And so it begins! Today is day one of my commitment to giving up sugar and chocolate for the month of March to raise awareness and funds for the Stroke Foundation. Thank you to those who have already sponsored me, your donation is greatly appreciated and will assist the Stroke Foundation in continuing their amazing work in educating people about stroke risks and the signs of stroke whilst also providing information and advice on prevention via healthy options. The ultimate aim - preventing strokes and saving lives! Thank you again, your generosity is making a huge difference. I do this in honour of my beautiful Dad 🥰. His strength and determination throughout his own stroke journey has been nothing short of a miracle and truly inspirational! A huge thanks also to Mum for being educated in knowing the signs of stroke and acting immediately. This definitely contributed to saving his life. We are incredibly thankful to be the lucky ones with such a positive outcome. I won’t let you all down! 💜
