I’m taking on Together4Stroke to raise funds for stroke prevention.
This March, I’m taking on Together4Stroke and giving up a habit to raise funds to prevent stroke.
In the next 11 minutes, someone, somewhere in Australia will have a stroke.
Stroke is one of Australia’s biggest killers and doesn’t discriminate—it can affect anyone, anytime.
- It claims more lives than breast cancer in women and prostate cancer in men.
- Incredibly, up to 120 babies and 400 children have a stroke in Australia each year.
By supporting me, you’ll be helping to fund vital stroke prevention initiatives led by Stroke Foundation, including:
- StrokeSafe Talks: Educating communities on what a stroke is, how to recognise it and what people can do to prevent it.
- Australia’s Biggest Blood Pressure Check: High blood pressure is the single largest risk factor for stroke. This initiative helps Australians understand and manage their risk.
- Information Resources: Providing essential tools and guidance to help Australians take control of their health and reduce their risk of stroke.
Your support goes beyond just a donation—it’s a lifeline for individuals at risk of stroke and survivors rebuilding their lives.
Together, we can help prevent more strokes and save lives.
Thank you for your support!
