Join us this November for Run4Stroke, and make every step count for stroke prevention, recovery, and awareness.
Set along the stunning Mordialloc beachside in Victoria, Run4Stroke is more than just a run — it’s your chance to raise vital funds to prevent stroke, save lives, and enhance recovery for survivors of stoke.
With distances from 4km to 20km, there's a challenge for everyone — whether you're walking, jogging or running.
Run for yourself, a mate, for someone you love, or simply to be part of a great community event.
Your fundraising efforts will make a real difference for Australians impacted by stroke and help create a future with fewer strokes.

The 7km loop is ideal for recreational runners, fitness walkers, and anyone looking to enjoy a scenic coastal morning in support of a good cause.
14km course

This mid-range course offers a solid endurance challenge while remaining achievable for intermediate runners and brisk walkers.
The 14km loop follows the Bay Trail south from Peter Scullin Reserve, turning back just before Edithvale.
Participants will enjoy the natural beauty of Port Phillip Bay and the encouragement of support crews stationed along the way.
20km course

Designed for experienced runners and endurance walkers, the 20km course is the signature challenge of the day.
The route travels along the Bay Trail from Peter Scullin Reserve south past Aspendale before looping back.

Why your help is so important

In the next 11 minutes, someone, somewhere in Australia is going to have a stroke.
Stroke is one of Australia's biggest killers and doesn't discriminate; it affects anyone, anytime.
It claims more lives than breast cancer in women and prostate cancer in men.
And incredibly, up to 120 babies and 400 children have a stroke in Australia each year.
By fundraising for Run4Stroke you'll be helping to sustain vital programs and resources that Stroke Foundation provides, including:
