Hi there, I'm taking on the challenge of Run4Stroke and raising funds for Stroke Foundation to help create a future with fewer strokes.
In the next 11 minutes, someone, somewhere in Australia is going to have a stroke.
Stroke is one of Australia's biggest killers and doesn't discriminate; it affects anyone, anytime. It claims more lives than breast cancer in women and prostate cancer in men. And incredibly, up to 120 babies and 400 children have a stroke in Australia each year.

Treadmill practice
Thursday 18th Sep Yesterday went on the treadmill and got my pace right up. Thankfully the treadmill was set to kilometres so I didn’t end up doing that mistake again 😂 Share
First training
Wednesday 17th Sep Yesterday Kate and I ran 8km, this was a result of a little error at first running 2 and a half miles for the first part of the run, then realising we had ran 4km already. I have to ensure my strava is set to kilometres not miles :) ShareThank you to my Sponsors
