My Activity Tracking
My target 9000 kms
Cycling to the 4 Points of Australia for social inclusion and stroke awareness.
This year there will be almost 56,000 new and recurrent strokes, that is one stroke every 9 minutes.
Stroke is one of Australia's biggest killers and a leading cause of disability. It kills more women than breast cancer and more men than prostate cancer.
My name is Tommy Quick.
When I was 12 I suffered a stroke and my life changed forever. What became clear to me was that this wasn’t where my life stopped.
Instead, that’s where it began!
Join me as I embark on the epic challenge of cycling 9000 kms to the four most extreme points of Australia and a goal to raise $1,000,000.
I’m doing this to promote social inclusion and increase stroke awareness while raising money to help stroke survivors and improve stroke victim services.
Together, we can make a huge difference.
Thank you in advance.
