I'm fundraising to prevent, treat and beat stroke!
Recently my closest friend Louise, suffered a stroke and is luckily on her road to recovery. I have chosen to fundraise for the Stroke Foundation to raise awareness and funds to prevent, treat and beat stroke.
Stroke is one of Australia's biggest killers. It kills more women than breast cancer and more men than prostate cancer.
It attacks the brain – the human control centre, changing lives in an instant, and its impact extend well beyond the immediate medical emergency.
With your support, the Stroke Foundation can provide support to those affected right now and fund research to help prevent stroke, save lives and enhance recovery.
