In the next 11 minutes, someone, somewhere in Australia is going to have a stroke.
Stroke is one of Australia's biggest killers and doesn't discriminate; it affects anyone, anytime. It claims more lives than breast cancer in women and prostate cancer in men. And incredibly, around 600 Australian children experience stroke each year.

In Loving Memory of Beto
Thursday 11th JunDagoberto Medina lived a long and remarkable life, passing away at the age of 91.
While his passing was unrelated to stroke, he experienced the impact of stroke firsthand for many years. Following a major stroke at age 41 and subsequent minor strokes, he benefited from dedicated care and rehabilitation, including support from Kingston Centre Rehabilitation.
In his memory, we are proud to support the Stroke Foundation and their ongoing work to improve the lives of those affected by stroke. Donations in Dagoberto’s honour are warmly welcomed if you wish to contribute.
