Strokes4Stroke is calling all artists and crafters! Your art can help prevent stroke, save lives and enhance recovery. Whether you choose to gift an item for our online auction or fundraise your own way for Stroke Foundation, your generosity and talent will help us raise vital funds.
With one stroke occurring every 19 minutes, it's one of Australia's biggest killers. Stroke doesn't discriminate; it affects anyone, anytime, even unborn babies. It claims more lives than breast cancer in women and more lives than prostrate cancer in men. And incredibly, approximately 600 children experience a stroke each year.
Your generosity in donating a piece of art, or fundraising as part of Strokes4Stroke, will contribute to Stroke Foundation's vision of a world free from the disability and suffering caused by stroke.
Join our online auction
Share your artistic talents with us by donating one of your masterpieces for our online auction which will be held in May.
Featuring both renowned and emerging artists, this auction celebrates art while raising crucial funds for Stroke Foundation. Your artwork will not only showcase your talent but also serve as a valuable contribution to our fundraising efforts.
We'll provide you with a link to the online auction for you to share with your wider network to encourage bidding.
Fundraise for Strokes4Strokes
Take your support further and fundraise your way by:
Donating a portion or all proceeds from the sale of your artwork throughout May.
Hosting a paint and sip event, with entry donations going to your fundraising page.
Simply asking for donations by sharing your fundraising page.
Or you may have other ideas to raise funds.
Raise awareness
As one of our awesome artists, you will learn about stroke, what they are and how to recognise them.
Our resource kit contains easy to understand information on childhood stroke and the F.A.S.T. (Face. Arms. Speech. Time.) signs of stroke, empowering you to become an ambassador for stroke awareness in your community.
