"I'm so grateful stroke research changed my story.
It gave me my life back."
- Kelly, survivor of stroke
Bruce sat Kelly down on the bathroom floor against the bath, and immediately called triple zero. He used the F.A.S.T. (Face, Arms, Speech, Time) signs of stroke to describe what was happening to the operator.
Kelly has no doubt that access to early treatment saved her life that day, and with your help early treatment can be provided to more survivors of Stroke.
“The Stroke Ambulance not only saved my life, it saved my recovery too. I may have survived, but I’d be a long way from walking and talking without being treated in that early golden hour.”
